Refund Policy

The refund policy is crafted to make the refund easier for our clients. We ensure that our customers do not face any complications while claiming for refund. It is our priority to assure that our customers must get the product in a good state and without any hassle. However, if a need arises to request a refund, our easy-to-follow refund policy surely will help them. This policy explains simple guidelines that explain under which conditions a customer can or cannot initiate a refund.

Below are the terms and conditions for requesting for a refund:

We take complete liability for refund if the customer receives a wrong product. We either arrange a re-shipment with no extra cost or we give the money back.
If you receive a damaged or post expiry date product, you can initiate a refund request. You are requested to share pictures of the product along with its details with our customer care team for seamless refund procedure.
Our shipping team ensures timely delivery but in certain cases if we fail to deliver the product on time, you can ask for refund provided the delay is not because of natural disasters or pandemic situations.
You cannot ask for refund if the product is shipped to wrong shipping address. We request you to double check your shipping address at the time of placing the order to prevent such problems.
The refund amount will be credited to the credit card bank account. It will take around 10 to 15 business days to reflect the credited amount.
